Valentines date ideas for pregnant ladies

Not everyone decides to celebrate Valentine’s day/night, many will say I do not need a day to tell you how much you mean to me, but some will love to celebrate the occasion. And if you have a special lady in your life that is pregnant, we say go for it, she deserves a treat! If you do choose to celebrate Valentine’s day we have come up with a few ideas that you may like to use…

Pregnancy massage

When you are pregnant, you may find you are feeling a bit more achy and tired than usual so a nice relaxing massage could be just the ticket!

Movie Night

A movie night either at the cinema or (if the sickness is kicking in) why not stay in the comfort of your own home, snuggle up on the sofa and relax, get some popcorn and chocolate also if you are in the early stages of pregnancy you could find you are needing to urinate way more than usual so at least if you stay home, you are nice and close to the amenities should you need them!

Pregnancy scan

Why not book one of Peek a baby’s pregnancy scans, most of our scans come with a gift pack to take home and they include a baby journal, MAM baby soother, and bottle. You will have a personal chaperone throughout the scan promising you the most unforgettable bonding experience between you and your unborn baby take a look at the packages available: https://www.peek-a-baby.co.uk/packages/

A relaxing bath

Light some candles, run a nice warm bath and put some relaxing music on and take some time out for yourself and chill with a good book!

A meal out

Book your favourite restaurant and get dressed up and go for a lovely romantic meal, with this valentine’s treat you cannot go wrong!

A nice walk

Weather permitting why not go for a nice leisurely walk together, spending time outdoors and with nature is good for the soul, body, and mind. The fresh air will do the world of good.

Pregnancy Yoga

Why not book an exercise class together, yoga can be a lovely relaxing gift to you and your body, (of course choose one that is suitable and geared towards pregnancy) and for that added support why not join in with your partner, it will be great fun and you get to spend more time together.
